I think this is a great article.. ever since I read it, I've become more conscious about my frame of mind as I go about my daily life and even as a Christian.. Just imagine, if just being expectant produces hope and hope produces faith and faith being the currency in heaven, what we can accomplish in our lives...
I admit its not always easy to walk around hoping and believing something good will happen, especially when things aren't going too well, but I'm learning that being expectant should be an everyday thing. When you start to believe God for small things, he'll bless you with even greater things.

If I were to dwell on my past and the things I wished I'd done right, then my life would be stagnated. Instead of looking back and regretting, I look forward with expectation and that produces excitement about who I'm becoming..

I must admit....Iam impressed. Not too many people out there think like you or try to stay positive. However, the reality is that it is easier said than done, until you become determined to remain positive, no matter what. By no means am I saying that all with be perfect from that point on, but as you mentioned, your days look brighter and full of expectations. At the very least, you learn to control your emotions, which, if left to take over you, can lead you toward many wrong roads and long detours. We miss our present because we are too busy dwelling on the past. We can never move foward/walk while looking back, just like we can't fix today's problem efficiently if we worry about what we didn't or couldn't fix yesterday. Let do our best everyday, always relying on Him who strengthens us along the way. Your posting was a blessing and an encouragement to continue to stay positive. Thanx.
