This is a great list of insights!
A good way to practice these insights is through SERVICE. A person of service has to possess many of the already listed qualities/insights: humility, good works, giving spirit, Patience, Love, selflessness etc.

I.E
Service to the community: libraries, nursing homes, hospitals, fire stations, other countries, Churches, homeless shelters, charity organizations and a plethora of other places.

However service is not just limited to these places, it can become a part of our daily lives just as the author has illustrated. :)
